Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reelway's website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Services Overview

Reelway provides cinematic video tour creation services for real estate professionals. We transform your listing photos into professionally edited video content optimized for marketing purposes.

Account Registration

To use our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Content Submission

Your Responsibilities

When you upload photos or other content to our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content does not contain illegal or harmful material
• You have obtained necessary permissions for property photography

License Grant

You grant Reelway a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing our Services and promotional materials (with your consent).

Intellectual Property

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a commercial license to use the final video tour for marketing the specific property. This license includes:

• Rights to use the video on MLS listings, social media, and marketing materials
• Non-exclusive, non-transferable rights
• Rights limited to the original property listing period

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the video
• Use the video for properties other than the one specified
• Reverse-engineer our production techniques
• Remove watermarks or branding (if applicable)

Payment and Billing

Payment terms:

• Payment is required before final video delivery
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are provided only as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Turnaround Time

We strive to deliver video tours within 24 hours of receiving complete project materials. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to revision requests, incomplete materials, or high demand periods.

Revisions and Edits

Standard projects include unlimited revisions within reason. We reserve the right to charge for excessive or out-of-scope revision requests that significantly alter the original project scope.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

• Cancel before work begins: Full refund
• Cancel after initial draft delivery: 50% refund
• Cancel after final delivery: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel projects if content violates our policies or legal requirements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we warrant specific results from using our videos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reelway from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
